These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern the text-messaging program operated by Lone Star Technology Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.

The Agreement

Message Types

When you opt in, you may receive conversational and informational SMS messages for client support, account notifications, and IT service communications. We will only send you the categories of messages you have consented to receive.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. If you want to join again, simply opt in as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Lone Star Technology Group LLC does not charge for the messages themselves, but standard messaging charges from your carrier still apply.

Supported Carriers and Devices

Delivery of SMS messages depends on your wireless carrier's network and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered due to factors outside our control.

How We Obtain and Log Consent

We obtain your express consent before sending you text messages. Consent is collected through one or more of the following methods:

• Checking an SMS consent checkbox on a contact, lead, onboarding, or service-request form on lstg.io.
• Providing your mobile number in connection with a written request to receive text messages.
• Other documented opt-in interactions where you affirmatively agree to receive messages.

For each opt-in, we retain a record that may include the mobile number, the date and time of consent, the method and source of consent (for example, the specific form or web page), and the message categories consented to. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and your opt-in information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
